South East London Vision (SELVIS) is a charity led by and for blind and partially sighted people in Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark, where there are over 7,000 people registered severely sight impaired/blind or sight impaired/partially sighted.

We address some of the priority needs faced by blind and partially sighted people, by:

  • providing non-statutory support
  • promoting self-determination and independence
  • holding statutory services to account

SELVis Swimming in Lewisham

Time: 15:00 Date: 20 November 2017

Learn to swim or improve your technique at these free swimming sessions with an experienced instructor. The teaching pool is great to gain water confidence.

When: Monday, 3pm – 4pm. Please arrive by 2.45pm.

Where: Glass Mill Leisure Centre

Cost: Free

Travel: Lewisham DLR and National Rail Station are 5 minutes walk from the leisure centre. Many buses go to Lewisham station: 75, 178, 261, 273, 321, 621, 108, 178, 47, 136, 185, 199, 208 and 89
