Free Healthy cooking class
Enjoy cooking and meeting other people?
Why not come along to this healthy cooking class with SELVIS and the garden Museum.
Forgive the pun, but this is a taster session, in view of launching 4 further sessions in June and July.
If good diet, vegetarian food is your passion, then this is the session for you.
Throughout the course we’ll work on building your confidence on knife skills, getting to know vegetables better and learning lots of delicious plant-based recipes.
At the end of each class, including the taster session, we will sit down and eat together.
You will also have the chance to take away the recipes home.
If you express interest in this cooking class, you will be required to carry out a short questionnaire, which we would be more than happy to assist with.
